Chef Laetitia Moreau, a Pastry Consultant and Culinary Director, will be flying in to Malaysia for Cattabriga machine demonstration.
During this exclusive event, Chef Laetitia Moreau will showcase Cattabriga's advanced machine technology as well as demonstrate the art of crafting the perfect pastry dessert.
We will be showcasing Cattabriga's Babychef - a counter-top multifunction machine for gelato, pastry and gastronomy, ideal for fast preparations in a limited space. It allows preparing a great variety of products: hot, cold, sweet and savoury.
With Cattabriga's multifunction Babychef and Compacta 4, Chef Laetitia along with ICETEAM Ambassador, Chef Tan will be making:
